Refund & Exchange Policy

At Breezable, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Conditions

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items must be free of perfume, makeup, or damage.
  • Our delivery partner will handle the pickup and exchange process.

Refunds

  • Once the item is checked and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer or wallet.

Exchanges

  • You may exchange your item for a different size, different color, or another product of equal value.
  • Exchange delivery fees will be shared during the request.

Wrong or Defective Item

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours. We will replace it free of charge.
